Delivery Days

For next day delivery, please order by 11am GMT.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sunday, Monday and Tuesdays. If an order is received for any of these dates it will be delivered the next working day.

• Morning delivery is between 8am and 10am. 
• Afternoon delivery is between 3pm and 5pm.

Any delivery requests outside of these time slots will need to contact me directly.

If recipient is not at home when we try to deliver, a card will be left with details of where we have been able to safely leave them. We will leave our number on the back of the card for any queries.

On delivery, a picture will be taken as evidence of delivery. As soon as an order is delivered (whether this is to the recipient themselves, in a safe place or with a neighbour etc) responsibility for the order will be passed onto the recipient and the order will be marked as complete.

Delivery will be limited to 2 attempts. After this, the recipient will need to get in contact with us to arrange a new delivery time.

PLEASE NOTE: While we strive to deliver during your requested time slot, times deliveries cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

Local delivery within an approximate 15mile radius. Delivery Charge will be based on postcode and automatically calculated when purchasing.
